Job Description What will you do? Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, including QTS Application Development teams, Technology Infrastructure, Technology Risk and offshore delivery partners on End of Life Technology. Engage in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Facilitate project deliverables, i.e. the creation of relevant project and program planning documentation associated with all Tech Currency EOL program requirements. Provide tracking reports showing month to month progress and escalating where necessary when issues are not being resolved to the manager Manage the delivery of version upgrades to operating systems, databases, middleware, and business software, as well as upgrades to physical servers to their more compliant models. Build Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau reporting to help highlight project timelines, budget, and scope of work. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Business, Finance, Project Management, Technology, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience, preferably in the tech or financial services industry. Prior project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of problem solving, time/scope management, and relationship management. Excellent organization, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Good working knowledge of JIRA, Service-Now and Tableau Firm knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies and tools Nice-to-have 5+ years of experience working on large projects. Strong IT background with deep understanding of various roles within a technology group University undergraduate or equivalent degree. What’s in it for you?
