As an Account Manager, you will selling B2B Freight Services all type of
businesses across North America. You will primarily be selling to shipping
managers. This role is primarily new business development with minimal leads
supplied. The base salary is $65,000 plus uncapped and residual commissions,
along with other perks.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Head Office is in North York, ON
- This is primarily a work-from-home position, with some work-from-office
required during training.
- Sales Territory includes local (GTA), Regional, National, and International
(USA)
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of sales experience selling similar logistical services, an asset
but not required.
- Experience in B2B cold-calling, prospecting and lead generation
- "Hunter" mentality with experience building a territory from scratch
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Business Degree an asset (but not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including great telephone
skills
- Above-average Computer Skills & experience in Digital Prospecting
- French an asset (but not required)

OVERNIGHT TRAVEL:
SUPPORT & TRAINING:
- Job Shadowing
- Mentoring
- 1-2 Days training at Head Office
- Mostly technical training as ideal candidate already has sales aptitude
- Full productivity expected within 6 months
