Spiria is seeking a Bilingual Senior Post-Production Developer to join our
Applications Managed Services (AMS) team. This role goes beyond coding—you will
act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients, managing post-production
maintenance, development, and support in a fast-paced, client-facing
environment.

As a Senior Post-Production Developer, you will:
- Collaborate directly with clients to review, discuss and resolve technical
issues across multiple projects daily;
- Write, modify, review, optimize, and debug code across various technologies;
- Assist in testing and quality control activities;
- Manage and resolve client support cases, ensuring timely and effective
solutions;
- Document and communicate incremental product improvements to enhance client
applications;
- Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with clients and
internal teams;
- Display flexibility and good judgment, shifting between multiple technologies
and clients throughout the day;
- Self-manage time and priorities, balancing client requests with internal
initiatives such as backlog work, app documentation, and skill development.
The keys to your success:
- 5-8+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on
client-facing collaboration;
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) – this is essential
for client communication*;
- A strong understanding of business needs, enabling you to bridge the gap
between technical solutions and client goals;
- Professional programming experience in the following languages: React,
TypeScript, C#, .NET, Python, etc.
- Independence and problem-solving skills—you’re resourceful, adaptable, and
proactive.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing to team success while working
autonomously.
- Strong communication and planning skills, ensuring clarity and efficiency in
client interactions.
