JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable of delivery of service, cost, quality, health / safety / environment objectives for the entire site warehouse / staging operations and direct to customer distribution. Inventory accuracy within the Brewery warehouse operations, T2, including satellite facilities Delivery of overall market unit / total Canada logistics costs as well as Variable Industrial Costs for the site Building strong working relationships with internal peers and external contacts. Create a productive working environment to the team and provide feedback/coaching as required to develop the individuals On time delivery of defined projects Leading unionized and salary teams through autonomous operations. Process management within the defined SAP, Management Control & Reporting System, Voyageur/Deployment Plant Optimization routine and Advanced Planning System planning processes JOB QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Business or industry related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required Minimum 5 years experience in a unionized distribution/manufacturing/logistics field. Demonstrated ability to lead an operations facility Financial and analytical skills required Strong leadership skills required Proven ability to manage warehouse operations in a high volume environment, including leadership of a large hourly workforce Experience managing warehouse operations with a unionized workforce Strong interpersonal capabilities, and able to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotive issues Logistics background, including direct experience managing warehouse operations with a unionized workforce Excellent computer, analytical, and problem solving skills Proficient in using SAP WHY LABATT: As one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, Labatt is a place where our people can bring out the best in themselves through a collective purpose of creating A Future With More Cheers.
