Together, we can build a better world.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a hands-on, self-starting Project Manager who owns projects from kickoff through closeout. You’ll drive innovation, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every project—valued between $10M and $50M—delivers on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full project life cycle—from pre-construction planning through commissioning and turnoverIntegrate Chandos systems and processes across procurement, scope control, scheduling, cost management, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communicationsOwn and maintain the project budget; produce accurate monthly forecasts and identify cost-saving or value-add opportunitiesBuild, organize, and mentor project teams (internal staff, subcontractors, vendors) to deliver milestones and deliverables on scheduleServe as primary liaison for clients, architects, engineers, site superintendents, and other stakeholders—fostering strong, trust-based relationshipsChampion Lean Construction principles and drive continuous improvement initiatives on every jobProactively identify and resolve issues—keeping projects moving forward without delaysEnsure compliance with corporate governance, safety, and regulatory standards (CSTS 2020)QualificationsWhat You Bring5+ years of hands-on project management with a mid- to large-sized General Contractor (not developer), overseeing projects in the $10M–$50M rangeExpert understanding of Construction Management processes and delivery modelsAdvanced budgeting skills (Class D, B, Tender levels) and tendering process knowledgeProven track record managing “cradle to grave” delivery: you own every phase, not just a piece of itA driver’s mentality: entrepreneurial, decisive, and laser-focused on resultsInnovative problem-solver: you anticipate challenges and deliver creative, cost-effective solutionsStrong leadership and coaching skills—able to get the best out of diverse teamsSolid financial acumen: comfortable owning budgets, forecasts, and profit targetsDeep understanding of Lean Construction concepts (formal training is a plus)Exceptional communication and stakeholder management—your presence instills confidenceWillingness to travel regularly to local job sitesAdditional InformationWe recognize that our differences are our greatest strengths.
