This role plays a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, optimizing capital investments, and driving financial discipline across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Analysis & Planning Lead and support the Capex planning and control process, including budget development, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making on capital projects. Monitor actual spending against approved budgets and provide financial insights based on project performance. Modeling, Reporting & Performance Dashboards Develop and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility and return on investment (ROI). Create and maintain performance dashboards to track project outcomes and financial impact. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial analysis and capital planning. Standardize and improve processes, tools, and methodologies for Capex evaluation and reporting. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate investment opportunities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to support the financial success of initiatives Documentation & Process Improvement Maintain and update team documentation Continuously seek ways to improve workflows, communication and operational effectiveness Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in a financial analyst, accounting, or audit role. Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large datasets. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in SAP is a strong asset. Experience in large corporations or industrial sector is preferred. Fluency in English; French is an asset. Why Join Us?
