As a Sr. Program Manager for team Canada, you will have an opportunity to work
with one of Amazon’s fastest growing marketplaces, to help improve the customer
experience within your program that allows Canadians to make more confident
purchases. Program Leader will lead activities related to the Vendor Success
Program (VSP) business that helps small vendors accelerate their growth on
Amazon. Working with the senior leadership, you will be responsible for (a) the
strategic growth byr analyzing topline, bottomline, customer experience metrics,
and devising strategies to help VSP vendors grow their business, and (b) the
thought leader on what new tools and ways of working is needed to deliver this
vision.
As a Sr. Program Manager, you will use a combination of thought leadership,
analytical skills, cross-functional partnership, business model analysis, and
strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our VSP vendors. You also have a
proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences that
raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective. Lastly, you
deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment and
are highly comfortable exercising fantastic judgment across a spectrum of highly
diverse problems.
Key job responsibilities

Developing the vision and strategy to accelerate growth for your program in
Canada and able to earn trust and influence senior leadership teams in Canada
and globally

Strategic P&L analysis and optimization

Lead the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap

Actively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s
ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of program or project management experience

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
-
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating
results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications: - 3+ years of driving
process improvements experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult
education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
