You’ll lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of high-impact partnerships and emerging product opportunities that align with our strategic vision. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that shape investment decisions. Your ability to synthesize complex information, build compelling business cases, and drive cross-functional collaboration will be critical in turning ideas into action. In this role, you’ll also serve as a bridge between global innovation and local execution, enabling the import and export of intellectual property across regions and ensuring that TransUnion Canada remains at the forefront of innovation. Whether negotiating with external partners, aligning internal stakeholders, or leading the development of new solution strategies, your impact will be felt across the organization. Product Innovation Partnerships Lead strategic partnerships with innovative data and technology companies Define partnership strategies, negotiate commitments, and manage mutual objectives Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Solutions teams to operationalize agreements Conduct quarterly reviews and track partner performance metrics Resolve conflicts and articulate compelling value propositions Liaise between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership Ensure compliance with contracts and governance frameworks Maintain documentation and reporting on partnership performance Emerging Solutions Design evaluation processes for localizing global solutions Develop business cases in partnership with product managers and local & global experts Support product strategies aligned with TransUnion’s growth agenda Investigate trends and synthesize insights for decision-making Drive action-oriented decisions and manage localization to execution This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
