Skretting is seeking a Project Coordinator to support cross-functional project execution by coordinating documentation, schedules, procurement, and on-site activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with safety, quality, and budget expectations. About The Role: Supporting Engineering Projects and Cross-Functional Execution Responsibilities: Assist in preparing AFE documents and maintain organized project files. Update and monitor project schedules and coordinate shutdown execution plans. Prepare purchase requisitions, follow up with vendors, and support procurement tracking. Act as a liaison between project, production, QAQC, maintenance, and procurement teams. Support plant visits, record observations, and ensure contractor safety documentation. Skills and Expertise Qualifications: Formal education or qualification in a relevant field. Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering project coordination. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel/MS Project and document management. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Expectation from the Role: Track budgets, actuals, and committed spend for monthly reviews. Support cost-saving analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate contractor onboarding and compliance documentation. Maintain procurement and scheduling trackers. Ensure safety protocols during shutdowns and commissioning phases.
