About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced, and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our team. This role will see you assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities to deliver annual sales, profitability, and market share targets.
Based in North Strathfield, you’ll work with the Marketing Manager on all elements of the marketing mix from development of brand strategy to execution. You’ll be familiar with the stage gate process and drive the development and delivery of NPD from product set up, P&L management, artwork design, through to execution. You’ll lead packaging projects, briefing & executing of comms as well as budgeting & financial management.

What your days looks like:
Execute and manage brand strategies and campaigns across all touchpoints for consistent messaging
Identify and develop innovation opportunities, guiding concept development based on insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet commercialization milestones and ensure project success
Monitor innovation performance to support financial targets and continuous improvement
Manage social media strategy, cross-category partnerships, communication plans, and A&C budget invoicing
The Ingredients for Success:
Holds a Business/Commerce degree (Marketing major) with 2+ years' experience, ideally in FMCG environments
Creative, curious, and resilient with strong adaptability and high attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while effectively driving outcomes
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills across functions and with customers
Strong commercial acumen with experience in NPD, packaging design, and scan data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, Aztec/Circana)
