Job Description: The Role You will be joining a dynamic team that focuses on providing strategic consulting services to domestic and multinationals organizations and tackled some of the emerging challenges that they are facing. In this role you will help lead the expansion of Fidelity’s Workplace Consulting business to Canada, help develop and expand Fidelity’s capability as an innovative provider of employee rewards and benefits consulting services and solutions, specifically to the Canadian market. The main purpose of the role will be working with groups and organizations as we seek to elevate the marketplace by challenging the status quo and rethink what is possible. The successful candidate will continue to position Fidelity as a leader with vision in the retirement, benefits and rewards areas.
