Job DescriptionThe Principal, Growth Equity (“GE”), plays an important role on the GE Leadership Team, leading and managing fund and direct investments and delivering on the group’s long-term business and operating goals. The position will be based at CPP Investments' headquarters in Toronto, alongside the rest of the team, with in-office presence required and travel expected.As an ideal candidate, you have experience in and passion for growth investing, an established network, experience working with GPs, and demonstrated people development/leadership. You have built a strong investment track record and bring the required presence and investment judgment to be an effective thought leader for GE. You are also excited to work in a partnership-driven model, making both fund and direct investments alongside GP partners.
