This position will work under the leadership of the Sr. eCommerce Marketing Manager, and in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Media and Analytics teams to implement, manage, and analyze our brands ecommerce performance. The essence of this role is to optimize the visibility of our brands and items on our retailer’s website. The combination of organic and paid tactics working together to drive sales, product ranking and profitability. Your focus is to manage paid search and display advertising tactics within each retailer’s dotcom ecosystem to drive discoverability, share of voice, engagement, and ROI, which will help growth Spin Master brands online. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are relentless at testing and learning towards performance across online merchandising and paid media then this is the role for you! How will you create impact? Advanced knowledge of the Amazon.com, Walmart.com and Target.com ecosystem and flywheel. Work with the commercial team to build the ecommerce growth objectives to stimulate sales and deliver on the sell-through plan. Utilizing Amazon Ads, Target Roundel and Walmart Connect you will manage comprehensive retailer advertising campaigns to increase sales, grow market share and build repeat orders for the US market. Create strategies and manage multi-brand campaigns with large sku lists to understand performance and monitor against key metrics such clicks, CTR, orders, conversion rate, iROAS/ROAS, new to brand and sell-through. Collaborate internally with US Marketing and Media to created seamless path to purchase consumer experiences through Social, Influencer, YouTube and affiliate marketing. Partner external Amazon Ads, Target Roundel and Walmart Connect teams to drive paid media and get access to new ad products, Alpha’s and Beta’s to ensure Spin Master is at the forefront of innovative retail media. What are your skills and experience? Prior experience in eCommerce and digital marketing at a mass retailer, DTC or Brand preferably with a toy, retail or consumer products company. Experience with using Digital Shelf/ Commerce /eCommerce tools and platforms. Advanced knowledge and experience of retail media successfully managing paid search and display campaigns with a focus on Amazon Ads. Walmart Connect and Target Roundel experience is a plus. Strong technical and analytical skills, an understanding of Amazon Advertising, Amazon digital shelf, Amazon Vendor Central. Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tool would be an asset. Experience with an eCommerce Mar Tech platform (ex.
