The Opportunity: WESTERN FIELD MANAGER – CALGARY, AB – FULL-TIME - MUST HAVE ACCESS TO RELIABLE VEHICLE
Position Summary: Our client is Coca-Cola, a tier one, beverage company with many trusted brands. Through your detail-oriented, dependable, independent personality, you will ensure your team is driving sales by their successful completion of all assigned audits. You will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and actioning reporting daily. You will ensure the Field Representatives are given the information they need to meet their key performance indicators. You will take the initiative to help Field Representatives improve performance, procure resources as required and assist in their day-to-day activities. You will also strategically ensure all territories are covered 100% of the time and if not, you will formulate action plans to do so.
What You Will Be Doing Every Day:
Lead your team to meet or exceed all client KPI’s
Effectively communicate priorities to your team
Review performance reports (SOVI, OOS, iRED, QA) to ensure that objectives are being met and put plans in place if they are not
Provide recruiting, initial, and ongoing training, which will involve traveling across provinces and spending time in the field alongside your team. Approximately 40% of your time.
Maintain a partnership and regular communication with client contacts
Provide feedback and insights on field coverage on a regular basis
Lead the informal and formal performance development process of your team members

Your Experience:
The ability to cultivate collaborative internal and external relationships
High level of skill in the Microsoft Office suite of products

Strong organization and communication/collaboration skills
Ability to deal with multiple priorities and stakeholders in many departments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Highly organized, fact-based, and very detail-oriented
Ability to work remotely from home
Previous management experience in grocery, sales or merchandising is a strong asset.
Post-secondary education preferred - business concentration an asset
