Here's an opportunity for a transactional lawyer specializing in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Then this position is for you! The employer we represent is currently seeking a professional with approximately 2 to 6 years' experience to join its team dedicated to the development of major renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada.
The desired candidate must have tangible experience of transactions aimed at financing and deploying such projects or have worked on some of the largest construction sites of recent years (public-private partnerships). Knowledge of reviewing, drafting and negotiating various contracts, in commercial real estate and/or financing is an asset for this role.
You will have the opportunity to represent a clientele of national and international companies in business transactions that are often highlighted in the news.
