Server Assistants play a key support role in the guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized dining environment and assisting Servers in delivering seamless service. With strong attention to detail and a high level of floor awareness, they ensure all tables are properly set and that food and beverage service is executed to standard.The Day to Day:Maintain table settings by checking for proper mise en place, cleanliness, and completenessProvide accurate information about food, beverages, wine, and restaurant offerings when neededAssist with running food, ensuring accurate delivery to guests without auctioning off platesCommunicate proactively with Servers and Hosts to support efficient seating and service flowPractice a high level of floor awareness, clearing and resetting tables as neededFollow all food safety and sanitation standards and proceduresEmpty garbage, change linen bags, and manage proper disposal of waste and recyclingRelay guest feedback or comments to Servers to support a positive and memorable dining experiencePerform additional duties as assigned or requiredQualificationsSmart Serve Certification (required)Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standardsAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management skillsCapable of taking direction, prioritizing tasks, and working efficientlyClear and professional oral communication skillsSolid knowledge of food and beverage offerings, with a willingness to learnDemonstrates a consistent sense of professional urgency and momentum in service deliveryFlexible availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Additional Information We thank all applicants for their interest in Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality; however, only suitable candidates will be contacted to continue the application process.
