Administrator to our expanding team.

About the Opportunity
In this role, you'll be the glue that holds everything together, supporting the
execution of marketing strategies, managing logistics and administrative tasks,
and keeping our department efficient and on-task. You’ll play a pivotal role in
organizing webinars, events, podcasts, and client communications, while also
engaging with our growing health and safety community across digital channels.
This role calls for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, is
exceptionally detail-oriented. You’ll juggle projects, support cross-functional
coordination, and help ensure every initiative crosses the finish line smoothly.

great experiences to both our clients and community.

What You'll Do
- Organize and coordinate the logistics of webinars, podcasts, and community
events—including scheduling, registrations, confirmations, and follow-up
communications.
- Support the Marketing team with admin and project coordination, keeping
everything moving, on task, and on time.
- Maintain and manage CRM data , capturing leads, updating contact records, and
helping with campaign organization.
- Be a point of contact for clients and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
community members—helping them engage in events and communications.
- Manage engagement on socials such as: YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the
company website—monitoring comments, responding to inquiries, and supporting
active conversations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, helping with scheduling, agendas,
and follow-ups.
- Assist in publishing content like newsletters, blog posts, and promotional
emails that support both community and client relationships.
- Help implement process improvements refining templates, workflows, and
operational systems across the marketing function.
- Keep multiple projects moving at once bringing them across the finish line
with precision and energy.

to adapt to what the team needs.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience coordinating events
- Familiarity with CRM systems and content engagement metrics
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments

$50,000 - $70,000 a year
Salary ranges are based on experience, reflecting the unique skillset each
individual brings to the role.
