Join our team today!Job DescriptionThis position will report to the Clinical Services Manager.Accountabilities:Assessment and management of dysphagia using clinical and instrumental assessmentCommunication and screening/assessment and managementProviding education, resources and referral to patients and families in a clear and accessible mannerCompleting assessments and relays findings to patients, families and inter-professional teams in a timely manner to facilitate access and flowParticipating as part of the speech-language pathologist team, attending meetings and education sessions where requiredQualificationsMaster's degree in speech-language pathologyRegistered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech Language Pathologists of OntarioExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComputer literacy (experience with Meditech an asset)Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced medical environmentAbility to work with an interdisciplinary teamExperience with videofluoroscopy an assetExperience with tracheostomies an assetExcellent attendance, punctuality and work record requiredMust demonstrate Osler's Values of Respect, Excellence, Service, Compassion, Innovation and CollaborationMay be required to travel between and work at all Osler sitesAdditional InformationHours: Currently Days/Evenings, 8 hour shifts including weekends and statutory holidays (subject to change in accordance with operational requirements)Internal application deadline: August 25, 2025Osler values inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.
