Sterilization Technician – Bayside Family Dental
Are you organized, dependable, and looking to grow your career in the dental field? Bayside Family Dental is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our friendly and supportive team!
This is an important role that ensures our patients and team members enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming environment every day. You’ll be responsible for keeping our instruments, equipment, and operatories ready for patient care while following best practices in infection prevention.
What You’ll Do:
Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with infection control standards (IPAC)
Prepare operatories before and after patient care to support smooth daily operations
Assist the clinical team with equipment setup as needed
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone works together for patient care excellence
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 1:00pm
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a dental office or sterilization role -preferred.
IPAC certification is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols with accuracy
A true team player with great organizational and communication skills
Reliable, eager to learn, and committed to patient and team safety
