Job Description
YOUR ROLE
Under the supervision of the Regional Director, you will implement the company’s marketing strategies within all of New-Brunswick and Prince Edward Island in order to increase sales for assigned products and store brands. You will also ensure a strong business relationship with customers (stores) within your territory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and implement sales strategies
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stores (managers)
Oversee business growth within the assigned territory
Ensure customer satisfaction and innovate with new initiatives
Maintain business relationships with stores through various presentations
Qualifications
High school diploma (DES)
2 years' experience in sales and business development
Experience in retail sales ideally from the food industry
Demonstrated business acumen
Recognized for innovation, analytical thinking and excellent customer service
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability with computer tools such as an iPad
Bilingual (English-French)
Additional Information
Frequent travel to stores, about 80% of the time
Valid driver's license
Owns a vehicle
