About the Role
The Financial analyst is responsible for preparing the data for all analyses and processes for cost control at the factory and reporting to managers in an appropriate manner.
This is a flex hybrid work structure, where employees can work both remotely and on-site at our St. Thomas location.
Key Responsibilities
• In-depth analysis of existing business processes, identification of potential for optimization, and continuous implementation of improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.• Collaboration with various departments to develop holistic processes and strategies.• Development and implementation of strategies for digitizing documents and workflows.• Responsibility for the requirements of the SAP system with the aim of further expanding and optimizing it.• Support with the implementation of automated solutions and supervision of projects until successful implementation.• Support with the implementation of automated solutions and supervision of projects until successful implementation.• Supporting the change process through target group-oriented communication during analysis and implementation.• Further development and implementation of new analysis tools (PowerBI).
What you bring to the Team
• Several years of experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.• In-depth knowledge of digital transformation processes and the implementation of workflow solutions.• Strong, target group-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.• Understanding of the big picture of end-to-end processes and the ability to break down complex systems and processes into clear and actionable work packages.• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with SAP• Knowledge of SAP • Knowledge of Power BI
