Job Description
As a 310T Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.
What you’re responsible for:
Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleet
Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintenance work
Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues
Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety and quality standards
Qualifications
To join our team:
You have a valid 310T license
You have experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a heavy equipment maintenance setting
You have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
You are proficient in computerized maintenance management systems
You have effective communication and interpersonal skills
You have strong organizational and time management abilities
You must have your own set of hand tools
