The Opportunity
We are seeking a Genesis Valet Concierge—a professional who embodies calm confidence, genuine warmth, and pride in delivering a seamless guest experience. This role is all about making every guest feel valued and cared for, often in just a few minutes of interaction. What You’ll Do
As our Genesis Valet Concierge, you’ll be entrusted with creating memorable experiences through thoughtful service and attention to detail.
Greet guests with professionalism, warmth, and care
Provide valet pick-up and drop-off service with precision and trustworthiness
Perform vehicle inspections and review work orders carefully
Assist guests with appointments, feature reviews, and loaner transportation
Work closely with service and sales teams to ensure a smooth, luxury-level experience
What You Bring
Background in hospitality, retail, or service industries (automotive experience not required)
A steady, reliable approach that builds trust quickly
Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable style
Pride in delivering personalized, memorable service
Attention to detail, ensuring consistency in every guest interaction
Professionalism and care when representing a luxury brand
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours per week)
What we offer:
Hourly Wage: $20 per hour depending on experience.
