Comment tu vas le faire: Processus de fin de mois (Travaux en cours, conciliation, analyse des états financiers, investigations, rapports financiers, etc.) Prévisions financières hebdomadaires et mensuelles Maintenance, contrôle et conciliation de différents rapports financiers (Garanties, commandes, frais courus, prépayés, inventaire, maintenance, service, contrôle, etc.) Suivi des projets en cours (facturation, commandes, coûts, marges) Facturation KPIs Transactions intercompagnies Processus de fin d’année (budget, conciliation, support aux auditeurs externes, etc.) Support pour l’équipe des comptes recevables et payables Toutes autres tâches connexes Ce que nous recherchons Diplôme universitaire en comptabilité et/ou expérience professionnelle équivalente exigée. 1 à 6 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la comptabilité ou expérience professionnelle équivalente. Bonne compréhension de l’anglais et du français autant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral pour être en mesure de communiquer avec les différents départements hors province Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière d’organisation, de relations interpersonnelles et de communication orale/écrite sont essentielles. Compétences intermédiaires en analyse, en audit et en résolution de problèmes. Ce poste sera hybride, avec trois jours par semaine sur notre site de Trois-Rivières. How you will do it: Month-end process (WIP schedule, reconciliation, analysis of the financial statements, investigations, reports) Financial outlook and forecast Maintenance, control and reconciliation of different financial reports (warranty, orders, accrued, prepaid, inventory, maintenance, service, control, etc) Projects control (invoicing, orders, cost, margin) Invoicing KPIs Intercompany transactions Year-end process (business plan, reconciliation, and support to external auditor) Support for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Other general accounting tasks What we look for: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Accounting and/or equivalent work experience required. 1- 6 years Accounting related experience or equivalent work experience. Good French and English written and oral comprehension to be able to communicate with Johnson Controls different departments out of the Quebec Province. Exceptional organizational, inter-personal and oral/written communication skills are essential. Intermediate analytical, auditing and problem-solving skills.
