PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Lead a portfolio of work, and be accountable for experience team, client
growth, and partnerships across all specialties such as account, strategy,
creative, media, and data & analytics.
- Plan, develop, implement, measure and optimize integrated marketing plans
- Tactical plan development in partnership with brand strategy
- Coach, mentor and set professional development goals for direct reports
- Participate in senior team initiatives including team-wide training and
skills development workshops
- Provide strategic leadership to new business and existing clients to drive
organic growth across the business
- Partner with creative and strategy specifically to establish engagement
programs and social first campaigns in both new business and for existing
clients
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of experience
- Pharma experience a must across HCP & DTC
- AOR experience a must
- Must have experience in customer journeys; tech or data audits and segmented
journey flows
- Proven track record of pitching, leading and managing integrated marketing
strategies (engagement, omnichannel/multichannel) and digital/social programs
for major brands
- Strong omnichannel and experience expertise in healthcare
- Experienced in Omnichannel/CRM, Segmentation modeling, and organic social
- Familiarity with various martech solutions that power omnichannel
activations.
- Expert in digital ecosystems management, social media channel excellence, and
champion of QA processes.
LI-Hybrid
Salary: $165,000-$185,000/year
