Are you a detail-oriented, tech-savvy real estate professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? Our client, a boutique Toronto brokerage, is looking for a Part-Time Listing Coordinator to join their growing team. You'll be the go-to person for managing listings from start to finish, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every property is presented flawlessly.
What You'll Do:
- Manage all listings from pre-listing to closing, including paperwork, marketing, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule and oversee photographers, stagers, trades, signage, and lockbox installs.
- Serve as the main point of contact for sellers, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.
- Support agents during busy periods-handling offers, showings, paperwork-and assist with new agent onboarding.
- Prepare and review all listing and sales documentation for accuracy and RECO compliance.
- Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals to ensure smooth, on-time closings.
- Track commissions, reconcile invoices, manage expenses, and support general office operations.
- Proofread marketing materials, listing descriptions, and social content to maintain a polished brand voice.
- Bring a proactive, high-energy, solutions-first attitude to every task.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years of real estate admin, listing coordination, or transaction management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Toronto real estate, MLS systems, contracts, and RECO compliance.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings, vendors, and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with experience in WebForms, BrokerBay, DocuSign, Loft47, QuickBooks, Typeform, CRMs, and Google Suite.
- Availability on weekends for time-sensitive tasks.
