Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager, the Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to urban and rural Home Care clients.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience
Minimum of two (2) years recent related nursing experience is required.
Community nursing experience is an asset.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS)
Nursing diploma is acceptable
Other Information
This is a community based position providing services in clinic and home settings. Travel required to various community sites within the Primary Health Care (Regina), including rural. Home base for this position is: 1504 Albert Street.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have a vehicle available for work.
Willing to travel to rural areas as assigned.
Travel allowance provided.
Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
