SPP
Help evaluate SPP and general team learning
Be the assigned mentor of an SPP. Host them alongside your chair
means little practically but that you’re rooting for them, helping them verbally with formulas and placements and providing their educators with feedback to help us help them
Education
Be part of the team (Education) that ensures our skills are meeting the needs of clients
Help ensure our level ladder and education system is hitting the mark
With experience and training, participate in advanced education (teaching)
Attend out of house education opportunities that come up - you’ll get first dibs! (for example - there may be opportunities to travel to Davines events, product information nights or what have you)
Participate in company meetings and offer simple sessions on things such as:
Products
Customer service
Blow outs
Consultations tips
Sink services
Compensation:
Increased commission (since SPP): +2%
Hourly wage for teaching classes and meetings: $25 (same as teacher)
If sent out to education, cost of education is paid for.
