love to collaborate closely with others to ideate and craft intuitive
experiences. You’re excited about advances in AI and comfortable navigating
complexity and the evolving best practices of a rapidly changing field.
We’re looking for a creative and tech-savvy Content Designer II to join the
Collaborative Apps and Platform organization on the Viva Engage team. In this
role, you’ll lead end-to-end content design and strategy across product
experiences, including messaging frameworks, naming, content patterns,
terminology, audits, information architecture, UI strings, and in-product
guidance. You’ll contribute your language expertise to improving LLM outputs and
evaluation frameworks. You’ll also contribute to design systems and help evolve
our content standards to support a global, diverse user base. Throughout your
product-making, you’ll partner closely with designers, PMs, researchers,
engineers, and applied and data scientists to shape intuitive, inclusive, and
scalable experiences.
