Job Description We're seeking a highly skilled Program Portfolio Manager to play a key role in driving the success of our Digital Delivery team within Technology & Operations. As a strategic partner, you will help align our team to PMO processes and methodologies, supporting the delivery of large-scale programs within our Digital Portfolio, including Consumer Banking, HomeX, and the Investments Digitization journey. What is the opportunity? Responsible for portfolio and program level reporting, including providing assistance to Program Leadership team in preparing project/program presentations, status updates, communications and ad hoc reporting as required Manage and maintain a Program-Level confluence repository containing a collection of reporting from program squads, quality engineering, and architecture. Support and execution for Program Quarterly Planning sessions, working with Program Leads and scrum masters to create consolidated delivery program plans for each product increment Manage Cost/Financial Management control processes for program portfolio Assist in the development and analysis of financial forecast reporting (e.g. identify tracking variances, integrate risks / issues with financial forecasting) Responsible for all delegated deliverables within the program as determined by the Program Director/Managers What you need to succeed? Must have: 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Portfolio Manager or Project Control Officer Experience in a similar role supporting program/ portfolio management High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data in easily understandable and actionable formats An analytical and methodical mind-set with strong attention to detail is required; problem-solving ability & a high degree of comfort with navigating and resolving ambiguous issues Nice to have: Knowledge related to program/project cost management, assumptions and risk based planning, risk assessment, schedule management, status reporting, general administration, and program/project management frameworks Project management experience in Agile methodologies – proficiency with Jira and Confluence Ability (and desire) to work in a high-performance culture, with an openness to constantly evolving and changing priorities, and new challenges. Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment, under pressure and with time sensitive deadlines. What’s in it for you?
