Job Description: Job Summary: The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the upkeep, configuration and optimal performance of our CRM system, Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator collaborates with the CRM team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform to support operations and enhance its efficiency. The Salesforce administrator works directly with CRM product owners on installation, upgrade, troubleshooting of issues and providing technical support. Key Accountabilities: Work closely with business resources to directly support and maintain our Salesforce platform. Manage user access, profiles, and permissions, ensuring adherence to security protocols. Manage Salesforce system settings, including email deliverability, storage limits, and user session settings. Maintain data quality and integrity (manage data duplication, implement validation rules, and ensure data cleanup) Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Monitor System performance and usage, analyze logs and troubleshoot potential issues with the Salesforce system. Prepare for and coordinate Salesforce releases and support and maintenance updates across all platforms managed by the CRM team. Develop maintenance plans and implement system updates and patches. Provide on-going technical support, handle tickets according to agreed SLAs. Act as the liaison between our users, ServiceDesk and the application development teams. Prepare and maintain technical documentation in line with system configuration. Promote process improvement practices through KPIs and SLAs. Education and Experience Qualifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification Two (2) to four (4) years of hands-on Salesforce Administration in an enterprise setting or complex use cases. Experience with NPSP, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Experience with third party solutions, such as customizable form building tools, data deduplication tools. Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as SaaS platforms management, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SSL is an asset. Excellent problem-solving skills: identify root cause, analyze and collect details, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Highly motivated with the ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision. Excellent team-player, work effectively with others within or outside the organization to accomplish goals. Ability to work independently while managing priorities and juggling multiple project streams. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $66,831.48 to $83,539.35 with a maximum of $100,247.22. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
