REVENUE SUPPORT CLERK

The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Support Clerk to provide essential support to our Revenue Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate entry of financial transactions, maintaining up-to-date financial records, and assisting with various administrative and clerical tasks. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring the smooth processing of revenue-related data and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.
The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Revenue Manager, you add value and are energized by key areas of oversight such as:
Entering transactional financial data into the RAPS (Revenue Audit Processing) system for the fleet, verifying revenue figures, and analysing supporting documentation for accuracy;
Processing revenue ticket adjustments;
Processing and reconciling manual bank deposits and bank changes;
Creating and maintaining various Excel spreadsheets;
Updating Negative Card List for Commercial and Travel Card customers;
Providing administrative clerical support to the department as required.
What you bring to the team
Successful completion of High School Education (Grade 12)
Completion of basic level accounting courses would be beneficial
Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume Financial Operations Department in a computerized environment
Ability to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of self-motivation and initiative
Basic computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel
