Coordinate travel arrangements and schedules along with looking after unplanned challenges that require fast acting adjustments. Organize meetings and presentations with internal and external people, including arranging and following up with action items. Collation, analysis and reporting of business metrics in support of department goals and objectives. Provide general support for system access requests, Workday, telecommunications, service request orders (purchasing), and other additional requests. Who you are: University undergraduate degree or College diploma. Post secondary education in Administration or Business would be an asset. 3 years of progressively responsible professional and/or business service support experience. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Internet navigation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written. Bilingual (French and English) is considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and deliver results. High attention to detail, dedication to quality results, and ability to work in a team environment. Working Conditions: This role typically operates in an office setting with occasional travel between Enbridge Gas offices.
