It will examine a range of topics: the nature of the tax system, audits and assessments, rights of administrative contestation, settlements, collection and judicial appeals and judicial review. The role of oral and written advocacy skills will be examined. Contributors having particular expertise in this area of tax practice will "guest" on a periodic basis. TQR: At a minimum, a first degree in law. Several years of significant practice or professional experience, in the relevant area; Experience in teaching undergraduate law students in a bilingual setting.
