Position Summary: The Nordic Snow Groomer will maintain Nordic and Snowshoe trails. They are responsible for all reporting of conditions and trail maintenance before, during, and after the season. They will be required to work on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is an overnight position.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clearing trails and making sure they are ready for the groomer.
- Groom with the snowmobile and G2.
- Inspecting the equipment regularly at the start of each shift.
- In direct communication with operations.
- Work promptly and courteously at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous grooming experience considered an asset.
- Able to work independently in isolated conditions.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills a must.
- Able to handle heavy equipment and chainsaw.
