We have an open opportunity for a Permanent Full Time Shop Helper who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to support the day-to-day operations of our shop and property. This role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, including maintenance, snow removal, lawn care, and general yard work.

Compensation:
$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
The ideal candidate is:
Reliable and dependable, able to complete tasks on time.
Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor, including snow removal, lawn care, and yard maintenance.
Flexible and adaptable to handle a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks.
Strong team player, able to work collaboratively with others.
Organized and attentive to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy shop.
Comfortable using basic maintenance equipment and tools.
Safety-conscious, following procedures to prevent incidents or accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Positive attitude and willing to take on seasonal or varied responsibilities.
Has a Valid Class G or above license and acceptable driving record.
What will you be doing?
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including regular housekeeping tasks.
Perform lawn care and general yard maintenance.
Remove snow from boats, entrances, and other designated areas.
Participate as a member of the snow removal crew during winter months.
Complete town runs and errands as needed.
Assist with general maintenance tasks around the shop and property.
