Levitt-Safety is looking for a Service Supervisor to lead our Montreal Service Division and support our customers with excellence.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine field work with team supervision, customer support, and business planning. You’ll also work closely with the Val-d’Or Service Supervisor and the Regional Manager for Quebec to align strategies and deliver outstanding service across the province.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, providing coaching, support, and development opportunities to help them succeed
Plan and oversee service delivery, ensuring safety, quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on every project
Collaborate with Sales to build strong customer relationships, identify new service opportunities, and support joint strategy planning
Oversee branch operations and resources, including service assets, subcontractors, and project management when required
Support training and development, from onboarding to technical training, field coaching, and continuous skill-building for your team
Perform field technician duties as a working supervisor, setting an example through technical expertise and professionalism
Partner with other Quebec Service Supervisors and the Regional Manager to share best practices, align goals, and deliver consistent service excellence across the region
Champion safety and compliance, ensuring that all work is performed safely and in line with company policies and industry standards
Job Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in the fire & life safety service industry
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Solid customer service and communication abilities
Flexibility and decision-making skills to manage changing priorities
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites
Fully bilingual in English and French
Ability to pass pre-employment checks like drug and alcohol test and a background check

This role involves frequent travel to customer sites and working in varied environments. The position requires good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs unassisted. You must be comfortable working in confined spaces, at heights using ladders, and performing tasks that may involve prolonged standing, walking, or computer use.

Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to effectively meet the needs of our Francophone and Anglophone customers, with a priority on serving our French-speaking clientele in compliance with Quebec’s Charter of the French Language. This bilingual requirement also ensures our team can access and understand technical information in English provided by our national and international manufacturers and suppliers. These skills enable us to deliver precise, high-quality service to all partners and uphold our commitment to excellence.
