Infirmière Nous recherchons infirmier/infirmière pour effectuer des prises de sang, évaluer le statut vaccinal et l'état de santé afin d'offrir les vaccins indiqués tel que grippe, covid, pneumocoque, zona ou selon la destination voyage. Offrir différents services liés à l'hypertension, le diabète ou l'anticoagulothérapie. Effectuer l'enseignement sur l'utilisation de différents appareils à glycémie ou à tension artérielle. Accueillir les patients de façon professionnelle et attentionnée. Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de la pharmacie afin de développer l'offre de service dans une toute nouvelle clinique de soins. Ce que vous ferez: Évaluer l'état de santé et offrir les vaccins appropriés tels que grippe et zona; Identifier et offrir les vaccins appropriés selon la destination voyage; Offrir divers services liés à l’hypertension, au diabète, à l’hypercholestérolémie et à l’anticoagulothérapie; Effectuer de l'enseignement sur l'utilisation de différents appareils tel que glucomètre, tensiomètre etc.; Accueillir les patients de façon professionnelle et attentionnée; Travailler en collaboration avec l’équipe pharmacie pour développer l’offre de services infirmiers Exigences Être membre de l'Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec Détenir un DECC ou un Baccalauréat en soins infirmiers Avoir une connaissance du PIQ et en santé-voyage Why work in a Pharmaprix store or community pharmacy?
