About The Job
You have 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with strong leadership skills and a focus on culinary excellence. Your background in restaurant management and kitchen operations enables you to lead a team effectively and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
About You
Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and service
Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain safety and efficiency standards
Control inventory, manage food costs, and handle ordering and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Maintain a clean, organized, and productive kitchen environment
