Job Description What is the opportunity? Join the Digital Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital presence of RBC's International Banking and Newcomers Segments. This role combines Digital Marketing Campaign Execution and Web Channel Management. As the Digital Marketing lead, you'll collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to execute campaigns that drive engagement and growth for International Banking and Segments team. As the Channel Manager, you'll optimize the website and landing pages, develop innovative tools, and enhance the overall user experience. This fast-paced, matrixed environment requires a highly organized and communicative individual with a strong blend of technical expertise and marketing acumen. What will you do? Campaign Execution: Translate marketing strategies into impactful digital campaigns for International Banking and Newcomers Segments, coordinating builds and providing strategic recommendations on leveraging digital assets and channels. Champion the creation of engaging content, intuitive tools, and interactive experiences that resonate with target audience. Channel Management: Own the International Banking and Newcomers website, driving optimization, capability development (e.g., tools, calculators), and ensuring a seamless user experience. Lead initiatives related to channel management, A/B testing, dashboarding, and reporting, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships with internal (Digital, Product, and Marketing teams) and external agencies, becoming a trusted digital SME for segments initiatives. Present recommendations and data analysis to stakeholders and senior management, effectively communicating the value of digital initiatives. Innovation & Growth: Develop new strategies and capabilities in partnership with teams to drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies. What do you need to succeed? Must-have: Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology. Digital-first and analytical mindset and work ethic. 5+ years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years experience leading digital sites. Exceptional client, project, and vendor management skills. Strong collaboration, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience with content, usability, information architecture, accessibility, and privacy. Proficiency in Google Analytics. Experience with an Optimization Platform (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) for A/B testing and personalization. Technical skills: FTP Dev/staging/prod environments Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript Nice-to-have: Experience in the financial services industry. Ecommerce, marketing, or digital product ownership experience. Agency experience. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to streamline content creation, personalization, and customer insights. Experience leveraging Generative AI tools for content creation and design. Work Arrangement: This role requires a 4-day in-office presence per week to foster collaboration and teamwork.
