The mission of the Director, Marketing Analytics at Cozey
We are looking for a highly analytical, hands-on, and execution-driven Director
of Marketing Analytics to join our Growth & Marketing team reporting to Frédéric
Aubé, Founder & Chief Executive Officer. This role will own the development of
world-class measurement and attribution frameworks that power our performance
marketing engine, guiding decision-making across paid media, retail, and
emerging channels.
The Director of Marketing Analytics will be the strategic partner to our
performance marketing and channel leads—ensuring we optimize campaigns daily
while building long-term attribution models that account for our high-AOV, long
purchase journeys. They will also lead the exploration of advanced methodologies
for incrementality, multi-touch attribution, and offline media measurement,
enabling Cozey to scale confidently as we grow into retail.
What you'll be doing
- Lead measurement strategy across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest,
Reddit) and search (Google, Bing), delivering real-time insights for campaign
optimization.
- Build actionable frameworks that support both day-to-day tactical decisions
and long-term strategic measurement.
- Implement incrementality testing and multi-touch attribution models; validate
models to capture complex purchase journeys and inform budget/revenue
planning.
- Develop methods for OOH, CTV, TV, and podcasts, and measure online-to-offline
impact to create a holistic customer view.
- Partner with retail operations to measure the impact of retail activity on
acquisition and retention, connecting online and offline performance.
- Design and execute models using Python/R; ensure rigor in analytics, data
integrity, and automation of reporting pipelines while collaborating with
data engineering.
- Start as an individual contributor, then grow and mentor an analytics team
with a culture of experimentation and urgency.
- Translate data into clear narratives for marketers, creatives, finance, and
executives; act as a trusted partner to performance marketing leaders.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- 6–10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in mid-sized,
innovative retail or e-commerce companies.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing measurement, especially across Meta,
TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
- Proven track record in incrementality testing (Haus or in-house models),
multi-touch attribution (Northbeam, Triple Whale or in-house models), and
hybrid/in-house attribution frameworks.
- Strong technical capacity: expert in SQL; ability to build and execute models
in Python or R.
- Experience with dashboards/BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode) and marketing
data pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in high-AOV, long purchase cycle industries with complex
attribution challenges.
- Exceptional communication skills and proven ability to translate complex
analytics into insights for non-technical stakeholders.
