TITLE: National Sales Manager LOCATION: Millrock Office, Holladay STATUS: Full Time, Year-round SCHEDULE: Varied The Snowbird Group Sales Team seeks a dynamic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead group lodging and conference sales efforts in alignment with established goals. This leader will represent Snowbird at industry events, build strategic relationships, and secure contracts for group business, while driving innovation and excellence across a designated sales territory. WHAT YOU'LL DO Sales Strategy Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and client retention targets. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize performance. Client Relationship Management Represent Snowbird at key industry events and during business travel, building brand awareness and expanding the client base. Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, industry professionals, and third-party resources. Conduct site tours and presentations, showcasing Snowbird’s unique offerings. Respond promptly to sales leads, providing tailored solutions to client needs. Operational Excellence Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in CRM systems (Amadeus/Salesforce). Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, marketing, operations, and conference services to deliver seamless client experiences. Complete timely expense reports and adhere to departmental procedures and timelines. WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field preferred. Additional relevant experience may substitute for education. 2–4 years of hospitality or sales experience with demonstrated competence in group sales, contract negotiation, and relationship building. Skills & Qualifications Minimum age: 21; valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet prospecting. Experience with CRM systems (Amadeus/Salesforce preferred) and digital sales tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the meetings and hospitality industry; passion for working with people. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and networking abilities. Strong organizational skills, including calendar, budget, and expense management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self-motivated and driven. Work Schedule & Conditions Normal weekday business hours, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays based on client demand and travel needs. Occasional extended business travel within the USA. May experience high business volumes, deadlines, public interaction, winter conditions, and commuting to/from Snowbird. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods. General office conditions prevail; work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings.
