About the job
This position is needed to design and develop Sales Enablement course work,
content, and assets. We are looking for someone who is innovative, agile,
hands-on, and comfortable working closely with their Enablement peers to ensure
applicable and effective training and assets are created and delivered to the
field.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Design sales enablement training and course content, managing complex
projects end-to-end
- Translate business priorities and sales strategies into clear learning
objectives, experiences, and content that directly improves seller
effectiveness
- Build impactful learner and instructor materials and experiences
(e-learnings, presentations, course outlines, background material,
instructional materials, exercises, job aids, playbooks and assessments)
using modern instructional design approaches and adult learning principles
- Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, and other enablement
stakeholders
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate effectiveness, iterate designs, and
demonstrate impact on sales outcomes
- Stay current with learning technology and enablement trends, introducing new
tools and approaches that improve efficiency and learner
experience/engagement

Required:
- 5+ years training, sales enablement, or related field experience
- Direct experience in Sales Enablement Instructional Design
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly
changing environment
- Proven experience with training and content delivery tools
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, Slack, Tableau and
other Sales Enablement tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills, someone who enjoys working with others in a
collaborative, social environment
- Effective at building and maintaining positive relationships
- Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product, acute
attention to detail
- Self-motivated, with ability to work with little definition and without
supervision while multitasking and prioritizing across several projects and
initiatives
- Proficiency with modern learning technologies and tools (e.g. Articulate 360
Rise, Storyline, etc)
Desired:
- Experience and understanding of AI tools that support efficient content
design/development
- Deep understanding of sales processes, seller workflows, and GTM strategies
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Ontario, British Colombia or Alberta
Canada.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our
customers and each other. For this role, approximately 5 - 10% travel is
anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in British Columbia. : $97,700.00 - $122,100.00
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on
permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and
geographic location.
