Job Details The Lead Medical Assistant serves as a resource to other Medical Assistants within their office by mentoring, training and leading day-to-day operations. In addition to their Lead duties, they will perform standard MA functions such as assisting patients and assisting providers with performing various obstetrical and gynecologic procedures such as but not limited to, hysteroscopy, colposcopy and biopsies. Will work in concert with all clinical leadership in ana effort to provide both the ultimate patient and provider experience.
