Process orders accordingly (i.e. picking orders) Ensure that yard and warehouse are organized in a manner that maximizes efficiency, safety and customer order turnaround. Put away all finished product from production area (stock stored inside and outside) in the designated warehouse spaces. Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management. Construct packaging i.e Skids/Gaylords Inspect packaging. Repack damaged products. Picking orders with DSI guns Unloading & loading of flatbeds and dry vans Apply labels as required (i.e. barcodes). Keep work area clean (i.e. yard, bundle area) Place scrap material in designated material bins (i.e. wood, strapping, cardboard) Participate in the PVC Recovery program, ensure recycling of, broken pipe scrap pipe Ability to work outside SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Lift truck certification required Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in English. Ability to perform basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/23 kilograms. Westlake is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
