We are seeking a skilled Software Architect to join our clients remote IT team
based in Canada. In this position, you will take a lead role in designing and
developing advanced SaaS solutions while collaborating closely with a diverse
group of talented professionals. Your responsibilities will include setting
system architecture standards, guiding development teams, evaluating emerging
technologies, and ensuring the scalability and security of our software
offerings.

Your Tasks Will Include:
- Develop and execute technical strategies and programs.
- Work with engineering teams to improve code quality and product performance.
- Build effective proofs of concept and rapid prototypes to address evolving
business needs.
- Mentor the engineering team to elevate their skills and increase output.
- Architect new features and manage existing codebases using best practices.
- Align with Scrum teams to ensure architectural decisions are implemented
effectively.
- Communicate daily with team members and the product owner to prepare work for
development.
To be a good fit for the Software Architect opportunity, you will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science.
- Over 7 years of experience in software development for large-scale, web-based
products.
- At least 3 years in a software architecture and technical leadership role,
with experience leading offshore teams being a plus.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET, Visual Studio) and
React.
- Exceptional communication skills with a talent for mentoring and guiding team
members.
- The ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with both technical and
non-technical teams.
- A creative, problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.
