Renewal by Andersen is the custom window and door replacement division of

We are growing and looking for motivated, goal-driven sales professionals to
join our high-performing team! If you’re passionate about helping people, enjoy
consultative sales, and want to be a part of a company with proven success, we
want to meet you. As a Design Consultant, you’ll meet with prospective customers
throughout the market via in-home consultations. You will guide them through the
decision-making process, present product options, and help them move forward on
their window and door replacement projects.
This position does not require cold calling or project management - it is
strictly a strong sales closing role. Through our marketing campaigns, we
provide pre-confirmed and set appointments for our consultants.
What You’ll Do:

Travel to and from your residence to company-generated, pre-scheduled
appointments with homeowners

Conduct in-home consultations, product demonstrations, and provide customized
quotes

Use a proven, value-based sales process to build trust and close the sale,
ideally in the same day

Attend trainings and regular sales meetings

Represent the Renewal by Andersen brand with excellence
What We’re Looking For:
-
Hold a valid driver’s license (required)
-
Comfortable traveling an average of up to 3 hours for appointments on a daily
basis (required)

Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required)

Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad (required)

Previous outside/in-home sales experience is a plus

Eagerness to learn and apply a structured sales process

Strong communication skills and the confidence to close the sale
Compensation and Benefits:

Uncapped, full commission structure with consultants earning
$150,000-$300,000+
