Orthodontist – Southwood Dental (Colonel Talbot, London, ON) Build and grow a specialty program with a strong referral base across 5 clinics Start Date: September 11, 2025 Open to New Grads: Yes – Licensed Orthodontists in Ontario or International Orthodontists with Canadian experience considered Schedule Twice per month to start, growing to weekly Minimum 2 operatories dedicated to ortho days Flexibility to help design and grow the program Practice & Referral Network Hub at Southwood Dental Colonel Talbot with referrals from 5 additional practices (10 GPs total) Treatment Coordinator + PM team managing referrals, pre-determinations, and consult coordination Clinical Scope Traditional Orthodontics (brackets/wires) Clear Aligners (Invisalign or equivalent – office will support preferred system) Opportunity to shape ortho protocols, build patient flow, and establish long-term presence Technology & Support PMS: Tracker | iOS, Digital X-rays, Carrier system in place (open to new systems) Dedicated ortho DA being hired (opportunity to help train) Strong admin and clinical support team Why Join Us?
