As an Account Executive/Outside Sales Representative, you will be selling
Industrial & Protective Packaging to manufacturers across the GTA. This is an
outside sales role, and you will focus on finding and developing new business
via prospecting, cold calling, email, social selling, etc. The position includes
a base salary of $75K plus uncapped commission, car allowance, with a first-year
OTE of $120,000. Benefits include car allowance, health benefits, and
above-average perks.

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:
- Head Office - Mississauga, Ontario
- The sales territory is the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
- This is hybrid work from home position (infrequent office visits as needed)
- Full-time - Monday to Friday
EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5-7 years of experience in a business development role
- Experience providing custom-engineered packaging solutions, including foams
and corrugated for general manufacturing sectors.
- Experience with custom fabrication or packaging design would be a plus.
- Thorough understanding of B2B prospecting and sales best practices.
- Capacity to quickly assess a business situation, to develop/drive plans to
address challenges or capture opportunities
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Research skills using various Web resources, including networking on
professional social media
- Experience using and maintaining accurate CRM records
THE PRODUCT / SERVICE / SOLUTION :
- Design and manufacturing of customized industrial packaging
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS / INDUSTRY FOCUS / DECISION MAKER(S):
- Customers of all sizes, from Small businesses to large Enterprise
organizations in the Greater Toronto Area.

- The average project size is $500 - $50,000 +
