Your Role
Oversee daily operations and pre-opening setup
Lead, inspire, and develop a multicultural team
Ensure excellence in service, atmosphere, and guest experience
Collaborate with the Executive Chef and management on strategy and events
Manage budgets, P&L, and business performance
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a General Manager in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle venues
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of F&B operations
A passion for premium guest experiences and service excellence
Charisma, vision, and the ability to inspire and motivate multicultural teams
